My mother is behaving abnormal since past 1 month. She is not sleeping well nor doing his daily routine (avoid to do work like dishwash & cooking food). Suddenly she talking on different topic when people talk with her on any subject & some times she is talking with herself. She saying some is watching him through camera & she noticing camera in walls. Without tobacco she don't feel to work anything...

I hav hypothyroidism since 8 years iam taking thyroxin 75 mg.it is normal.last 2 years I have irritable bowel syndrome gastroenterologist prescribed tablet sarotena 10 mg daily.I take 6 months after I have covid positive due to lockdown I cant consult doctor I stop taking tablets before 4months.after 1month I have fast  heart rate and heart palpitation chest pain occurs.I consult cardiologist ecg and echo and done all r normal.in ecg sinus tachycardia mentioned. Doctor told u not hav any heart ptoblem.I have severe chest pain whole day especially in morning and night. It is a withdrawal symptom of sarotena  antidepressant tablet?i t can be cure?please suggest which doctor I consult?psychiatrist or cardiologist or gastroenterologist please reply.thanks

Dr gave me some medicine that i can't take without psychiatrist advice , so i want to know what is right medicine for me ..

Some days I don't really feel like doing anything. I look in the mirror and it's visible on my face that I'm not happy with what I see, not only mentally and physically but also emotionally. My moods are very polarised from extreme enthusiasm to detachment and dissatisfaction with the world. Some days I feel like eating a lot and others I feel guilty and don't eat much. I have a lot of mood swings and am very sensitive to others perceptions of me. I read rosy perceptions of the world and wonder why I can't be like that.

I'm taking placida 10 mg since 6 months but few days ago I suddenly stop it then I'm feeling nausea stomach upset or upset mood can I re start it again pls guide me

Dr prescribed me placida 10 so I'm taking it since 6 months but when I searched it's side effect so there are showing urinary retention I'm worried about that this drug harm my kidneys? Or fully safe for me?
