M Married and a mother Nd have extreme anxiety disorders from last 3 years Nd got panic attacks 1 -2 times a day Nd night too . ... today u see a pic of grave Nd sudden hot panic attack I feel I can't able to breathe Nd intense fear of death Nd chill flashes nousea...what should I do m so scared ryt now ...,

My doctor prescribed me only uvox 50 twice daily. Is it enough to control my symptom of OCD or he should add clomipramine also. Is only uvox 50 enough to treatment of ocd

How can i convince my husband to see a psychiatrist for for his delusions. His prime suspect is myself who is going to harm his young kids and himself. Family ties are being destroyed. Even he always asks me to keep away from kids. Even these days iam staying at parents since last few months. He keeps on nagging kids and me asking about what is being done to kids.

Hi Doctor I am taking eluga plus which has Clonazepam + Escitalopram Oxalate combo (0.5mg and 5mg respectively ) . I have been taking since I had acute withdrawl symptoms . I am far better as 30 days have been past since my last drink but not 100% recovered. I sometimes get light anxiety seizures which I need to take the medicine to get cured. My query is how can we stop taking clonazepam which is quite additive as per one of the neurologist I referred and online I did search. How to get complete soberity which I feel 80% done with eluga plus but not fully. I am doing exercise also as recommended by doctor but I don't want to continue benzo like clonazepam or librium to get me out of anxiety shock. Any advise will be helpful

My mind always think about what will happen further ... although i got many achievements but not happy ..  i overthink about my future even sometimes past and my heartbeat rapid feel suffocation and then chest pain ...all times some worse topic run in my mind as i am worse creature what my goal how can i be happy ...what to do?
