I've had a a personal loss 2 months ago and also I come from a problematic family. Past few weeks I feel really low, I don't have any hopes in life. I feel I'm useless. I don't want to attend any family functions nor want to be with friends. Just wanted to be alone. I feel I've done something wrong. I have thoughts of death almost everyday wishing to die. Nobody in my family cares much as they think I've chosen to be like this but I don't know what is it.

Iam 30 years old male with no health condition but inactive lifestyle . Due to panic , anxiety and depression iam currently taking nexito 10 mg per day but after taking taking nexito my resting heart rate is between 50 - 60 using pulse oximeter measured several times of a day . exercising doesn't increase heart rate fast as normal before medication. My normal heart beat before taking medication is around 80 bpm . Is this a problem need to concern ?
