After my delivery i am very stressed and irritated all the time. I am frustrated as i left my job and now i am unable to get tym for my career as there are houshold chores and baby responsibility. Sometimes i got angry on my baby also please suggest something.

Preparing for neetPG. This is my 2nd drop, within these 3yrs I always studied nicely but during last three months.. I get panic attacks.. I start crying cant even ans simple ques 7plus 6 is 13. This year I went through everything 3thrice.. but there were no confirmation about the dates, my panic attacks started from Oct. This time I decided I wl not panic but seeing all who started with me are top rankers.. n m get very poor infact last in the hierarchy. Please help.

I shake badly when angry or crying, most of the time m stressed, I have bad habit of thinking which is the cause of all anxiety, how can I help myself

Iam currently taking nexito 7.5 on morning and clonazepam 0.25 on night . My resting heart rate on daytime after taking nexito 7.5 on morning is 60 - 70mostly ie 61, 63 , 65, 73, etc using pulse oximeter .Is that a concern or problem to change the nexito from morning to night because morning dose causes daytime sleepiness and fatigue ? Is taking nexito on night decrease the heart rate further ? Any problem ?

After lockdown I have some issues of my health anxiety. Checking in Google for my symptoms and worrying a lot with extreme palpitations. Recently checked my whole body all came normal(ECG normal and triglycerides was borderline higher less than 230) and back to 2 weeks I had severe headache and eye ache with severe fatigue which made me get fear of fear. Doctor already prescribed me ciplar 40(half) for anxiety and etizolam 0.25. I stopped in a week. And again taking ciplar 40 mg. Today again I feel extreme anxious along with shoulder pain and jaw pain and making me to feel that I would die. Suddenly I took ciplar 40 to control my fear. Please advise.

I'm taking placida 10mg since 6 months then I stop it suddenly 6 7 days ago then I have loose stool with stomach pain all time nausea so my que is can I restart this drug to avoid withdrawal symptoms or do anything else

Placida 10mg withdrawal symptoms are nausea or stomach upset? I suddenly stop this medicine since 5 days then I feel nausea loss of appetite? Pls tell me this is withrawal synonyms or anything else?

My mother is behaving abnormal since past 1 month. She is not sleeping well nor doing his daily routine (avoid to do work like dishwash & cooking food). Suddenly she talking on different topic when people talk with her on any subject & some times she is talking with herself. She saying some is watching him through camera & she noticing camera in walls. Without tobacco she don't feel to work anything...

I hav hypothyroidism since 8 years iam taking thyroxin 75 mg.it is normal.last 2 years I have irritable bowel syndrome gastroenterologist prescribed tablet sarotena 10 mg daily.I take 6 months after I have covid positive due to lockdown I cant consult doctor I stop taking tablets before 4months.after 1month I have fast  heart rate and heart palpitation chest pain occurs.I consult cardiologist ecg and echo and done all r normal.in ecg sinus tachycardia mentioned. Doctor told u not hav any heart ptoblem.I have severe chest pain whole day especially in morning and night. It is a withdrawal symptom of sarotena  antidepressant tablet?i t can be cure?please suggest which doctor I consult?psychiatrist or cardiologist or gastroenterologist please reply.thanks
