I can't sleep whole night..even for 1 hr also can't sleep properly from 2/3years...wat can I do doctor..plz suggest me..

You need to find out the reasons why Its happening and get a proper prescription.. Consult a psychiatrist...

There are many reasons why sleep could be disturbed. Stress, anxiety, bad sleeping habits etc are some reasons. You can check sleep hygiene tips on my Instagram page psyched_in and follow them. If that does not help, you can consult a Psychiatrist for evaluation

Lack of sleep is a symptom like you develop fever when you have Typhoid.One has to take treatment for Typhoid to address the fever. In your case the reason for lack of sleep has to be assessed and then appropriate treatment has to be given .
