Taking a vacciNe shot of covid19 could make sone sleepless and stressed , can tHe person take some sleeping pills for 2- 3 days .

I am having methylphenidate since 26 feb,as I diagnosed with adult adhd.but I missed out my dose for one day as it started effected my sleeping,and cause headache.earlier I  slept for 6 hours with unfreshed mood but today I just slept for 2 hours only,also my arms are quite filled with pain after taking methylphenidate on 28 feb in 4pm afternoon.now I want to know should I take clonazepam for along with adhd medication also can I restart my dose again?. from tommorrow for the consistency of medicine effect.,as I took it randomly in a day
