I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression earlier, and used to take medication (Nexito-5mg) for the same. The course of the medication (a little more than a month) got over sometime in January. Lately, I think that some (if not all) of the symptoms have returned. I just moved out of home for an internship and face palpitations on my way to and from work on an everyday basis. Concentrating has also become difficult to the point where sitting down to work or getting up from bed in the morning takes hours of motivation. Feel a lack of interest in hobbies and things I used to want to do all the time. I just want to be able to focus on work again.

I have mild to moderate ocd . i m taking flinil 20 from 2 days . I feeling more energy and unable to sleep can i half the dose of flunil 20.

My daughter saying she is in depression and even her friends spoke to me regarding this. She is not interesred in anything and always feeling sad even after providing my best. Please suggest what needs to be done in this case. She always cry while saying all this to me.

I don't talk much , even though I want to talk. When I talk to people I am very conscious with my actions. Speaking to many people at a time make me nervous. I feel everybody is better than me. What should I do to stop thinking that way.

Hi, I have been taking antidepressant for the past 5years. Then I was prescribed with Vortioxetine(Brintellex) 6months ago. Ever since I took this medication I started feel overexcited, restlessness, headache etc. I found out that Vortioxetine has a side effect of Mania. I have been taking Vortioxetine for 6 months now. Will the side effect of mania go away if I switch to any other anti depressant? Thank you.

I don't find interest in anything, live in inferiority complex, feel anxious most of the time, don't have faith on myself, I cant mix up with people, I work from home in very much struggling way since Sept 2020. I was in rehabilitation for 9 months but couldn't improve myself. Always live in trauma, fear about my life. Please suggest what should I do? I have done 2 art of living courses from home and practice those but afraid to go to office in people.

I get the symptoms of disease that I hear from past 3 month I am scared of getting heart attack I get left side pain tingling sensation I keep on checking my Bp and did 3 times ecg in 3 months I don't know whether I have heart problem or it's my anxiety I can't do any work the symptoms keep me bothered
