I'm taking placida 10mg at day and nexitoplus 5g at night for depression for last 6 months but now I'm feeling health phobia I go for various test like ckd heart and every time I'm in sad mood tell me what to do is that drug good for me

My mother she talks which we can't understand some time not always.she talk like everytime I or my father go outside she says like u r coming from Singapore or different places.she most of the time think negative and talk totally irrelevant some budy calls us my mother like they all have done something wrong thts y they are not showing thier faces. She always take her phone to herself even though there is nothing in the phone. She hates father alot and my father too due the way she talk to him.

Iam suffer from social anxiety , Adhd and deppression & iam taking medicine veniz xr for these problems Now iam feeling little better now & I also looking for a job My question is if I can work in pressure jobs like IT Sector or pressure free jobs for my mental condition ???

I have been constantly triggering with anxiety.. I used nexito plus and stopped.after few days Im again feeling anxiety while sleeping .can we use nexito5 regularly.. And do I have any permanent solution for this anxiety. Its effecting my work and sleep..my mind is forcing many negative thoughts and making me more anxious. Any permanent solution for this. Started with a lump in the throat and it was globus sensation and used to get acid reflux & bloating.Feeling restless most of the times with intrusive thoughts, excess fear & suicidal tendencies at times.Scared of heights now & sometimes feel like mind is blur or going blank.Restlessness and uneasiness stays almost throughout the day & it makes me feel panic.I have done my tests and there is deficiencies of Vitamin D & B12.Could you please tell me whether it is because of the deficiency of these vitamins or is it anxiety.It started during the lockdown only , prior to the pandemic I didn't had these issues.Need your suggestions & expertise on this.
