I have been suffering from SP from long time. Twice or thrice in a month. Sometimes thrice in single night. What could be the reason. Is this a sign of some sort of illness. Can any lab test or scan help figure out the root cause.

Hello dr!! I am taking setraline 100 mg since last October...and recently since 20-30 days I am having sudden involuntary movements in leg...and when I try to stop it from other hand it becomes normal stable ...I can't sleep without moving my legs for some time Does bouncing leg tremor syndrome is due to setraline or my anxiety?

I m feeling high after taking flunil 40, is it normal? And after how much time this side effect will go?

I was covid positive in july 2020.. since then all symptoms and issues started.. my reports including blood work, vit d, vit b12, thyroid, bp, HBA1C is 5.9, ecg, 2d echo are normal except for urine which says there is bacteria.. I have bounding pulse 24/7 since 10 months.. I feel my head shaking or bobbing, chest pain every day, tremors in hands, pulsation in neck on the tonsils.. it's more evident while I lie down.. I can also feel tat my phone is moving in the rythm of my bounding pulse.. I don't know how to get back to normal life but this is bothering and I'm feelimg sick to the core.. I somehow feel tat the docs are Missing some aspect or being misdiagnosed cause my symptoms are not going away.. If palpitations will I have 24/7? If yes, then why is deep breathing not helping me relieve symptoms? Why is it there all the time?

I am feeling sleepy all over the day..and felt that like my mind is tired too.. please suggest me medicine for overcome hypersomnia

I dont know what to called it so i called mentally disturbance As i m married n my husband sometimes start caring so much to me & my family but after sometimes he literally behave so worst thst he raised hand on me n my sis so i came back to my mumma home and after that he realise he did mistake...but i think if he done normally so he must not realise because he realise thats y i think there's some problem that he don't want tk that but it happen just because of his short temper n aggression which is very harmful for our relationship ...but i want to get it treated properly so that it will not harm anymore to me n my relationship ...

Helo doctor i couldn't sleep from last 3 days i want to sleep but sleep does note come in my eyes and when i go to bed for sleeping start anxiety and  2 mounth ago psychiatrist prescribed me nexito 10 and clonazepam for (GAD ) i didn't start medicine till now and that time i don't have any sleeping problems so now what i must do i start nexito 10 and clonazepam same medicine for my sleeping problems which is prescribed me by me for GAD or need defreant medicine

Doc vishal Ramani is my husband.He will have a video consultation with you. He has read about covid a lot and saw dr kk aggarwal's videos a lot and got under panic that he will have all the worst from covid. I have become positive on 6th may ,nd almost a day or two after ,my husband got it. We had very mild symptoms.i had upper respiratory symptoms and got well.Nd he had no symptoms like cough or cold ..just slight fever 99.he thinks that virus is working silently nd will attack him once.His oxygen saturation is perfect 98 or 99.even after walk test.normal bp.all blood reports including d dimer ,crp,cbc ,IL6 ARE normal. He feels high heart rate whenever he tries to sleep and sometimes otherwise also. He hasn't slept from last 3 days.today complete night he was awake. He took medrol 8 mg once two days back on advice of a doc before the blood reports came.then left it coz it wasn't required.took meftal forte twice for fever which was probably not required at 99 something fever.

Will 5mg olanzapine lead to excessive weight gain? How to prevent such side effects? Since last year when I was put on olanzapine, I am quite fearful of hallucinations as a result of which I am highly sensitive to sounds and noises. It is putting me through a lot of anxiety. What do I do?
