Don't worry, as COVID warrior doctor, I can reassure you that you have very less chance of being seriously sick. COVID causes only serious problem only in a minority of people. Stay in positive mindset, eat healthy foods,drink plenty of water. Do not overthink. Eat foods with antioxidants like Oranges, lime.
