What you are experiencing is currently in the air. There is something known as collective consciousness.  We are made of collective environment. Don't beat yourselve up. What you can do is. Step 1- lot of sunlight in morning. Step 2- stick to one habit everyday. Like drinking water after you wake up. Step 3- put effort to stay connected with people who are busy doing meaningful work. In short who are not free. Talk to people who make you feel good. Step 4- Anything that bothers you. Talk to one person then drop it. Then talk to someone whom you can help. Step 5- hug a pillow while sleeping. Do this and continue.. It's a process. And don't worry you won't loss anything.

Try sleep hygiene, avoid alcohol or coffee after sunset. Sleep on time and try to wake up on time. Do not sleep during daytime if it interferes with night sleep. Drink a cup of warm milk before sleeping.
Next Steps
Sleep hygiene, might need to see Psychiatrist if not helping.
