Sleep cycle issue
I find difficult to sleep although I am tired I am unable to sleep I don't have regular sleep cycle .one day I sleep at 10pm and there are days when I sleep at 8 am .no matter how hard I try .

First you should follow sleep hygiene if there is no improvement then medicine can be prescribed

Try to identify your trigger(s) and consult a mental health professional for a better action plan for the same.
