Post Covid Anxiety Attacks
My sister was covid positive... but now she has tested negative.. she does get anxious all the time. Though her covid isolation was perfectly ok.. (mild covid).. but after recovering she has started getting anxious about all the loved ones.. something bad may happen... already consulted few counselor.. how to help her

Hello. Yes. People tend to get anxious after recovering too. I would suggest seeking Psychiatric help, considering that she might need medications for short duration and we can continue psycho therapy side by side. Regards.
