Panic attacks are the outcome of severe stress in your life. They are experienced through a combination of physical symptoms and negative emotions. Chest pain , sweating, trembling to name a few and this adds to fear as though you might have a heart attack or you are going insane. Through proper techniques, you can overcome this situation.
