Hello Respected Doctors, Started Nexito and Quitipine 50 based on the symptoms attached from March 2025.Outstanding results with quitipin, but cannot sleep without iy right now. Concerned psychiatrist left India and my life is in doldrums. Took consultations from multiple psychiatrist on Practo, meds got add on but main concern any alternate to quitipin for sleep without the potential side effects.I cannot sleep without quitipine, shall i reduce the dose or any other meds. Help me out pls. Regards.

Any problem with taking escitalopram 5 mg and pregabalin 75 mg together on Bedtime, is any interaction?

My 17 year old daughter has been talking .. smiling... and laughing to herself ... is un organized rude and does not listen... uses bad language... makes friends but with rude behavior friendship does not last long... sleeps a lot... The teacher said she smiles to herself in class ... is good at studies but last minute. Rude with parents also

I m 35years old...having depression anxiety obsessive thoughts regarding somthing has happened to me ...sometime focus goes on head..doctor prescribed Relixol two times a day along with cilapam forte...will I be able taper off this dose and get rid of these medicines? How many days it will take for me to stop these medicines?kindly suggest

My father is 59 years old. For 6 months he stays in a good, normal mood, active and talks properly. But the next 6 months his mood changes a lot – sometimes he becomes extremely happy, talks too much, spends money unnecessarily, has high energy and less sleep. Other times he feels very sad, hopeless, silent, and does not take interest in anything. These mood changes keep happening in this pattern every year. We are worried it may be bipolar disorder. Please suggest treatment options, medicines, therapy, and whether hospital admission is needed or it can be managed at home. I am having depression since May mid. Dr advised me Lithosun 300, Fludac 40, Rexipra 20, Divaa OD 500, propranolol 20 mg, Etizolam .25 Earlier it was Fludac 20 Above am taking from 4.5 weeks, depression still there and I feel very strange When I spoke to Dr, she told take Lithosun 600 rest will be same. I read 1 month Fludac works I am still feeling low and demotivated Please assist

I had an iron deficiency due to which I was tired often and was resting alone at home but iron usually takes its own time to recover. This gave me a phobia of living alone and gave me panic sometimes which leads to crying constantly. I cannot concentrate and feel extremely anxious. My body stops me from doing anything . I feel nausea and dizziness even there is nothing wrong with my body. How to overcome this?

Hello, can nexito 5mg be taken for life long for anxiety? is it safe to take for such long time with psychiatrist advice. If tapered slowly after taking it for 12 months, usually does this anxiety return back, recurrence of anxiety happens?

What should I do to give rest to my eyes if I have not slept the whole night? Sleep cycle is also bad. I am unable to sleep the whole night and then I have pain in my eyes the whole day. Please tell me any medicine or something else for this.
