If SSRI causing stomach problems such as bleeding & ulcers what can be possible treatment? Suffering from HIV & Rabies OCD.

I am MBBS 2nd yr student .I have some repeation intrusive of thought in mind since last 1 yr .when my teacher (pharmacology)ask me some questions I feel severe anxious at that time and I read same topic again and again to avoid my mistake and I have some unwanted thought due to performance of my study.  psychiatrist gives me Fluoxetine 40 mg 2-0-0×contd Tab.clomipramine 25 mg 0-0-1×contd Tab.risperidone 0.5 mg 0-0-1×contd Tab.alprazolam 0.25 1 tab TDS Tab.mirtazapine 15  0-0-1 In order to decrease my performance anxiety can I take Clonazepam 0.25 with this alprazolam? 🆘

My grandmother who is a dementia patient has been prescribed qutan 25 mg at night and 12.5 mg in the day along with donep 10,Admenta 10,nexito 10 at night time only, however she didn't used to sleep in the past after taking it but from the past 10 days,she keeps sleeping day and night even ,we have reduced the dose to 12.5 mg at night ,even while feeding her or doing any activity, she is not conscious throughout the day and if we try to skip qutan, she has panic attacks which isn't controllable by anyone, please suggest what to do Blood pressure, diabetes, oxygen level everything is in normal range Also she is a bedridden patient from past 1 year Please suggest what should be done

After taking amitone 10 for 12 days, m feeling better n getting relief from neurogenic bladder, nervousness and pins needles pain Doctor prescribed me this for 15 days Can I take this long term or in case of emergency? Hi, My baby boy is 3.5 yrs old, according to doctor he has ADHD symptoms. I have given L- cartine syrup for 2 months. I am really worried, pls help.

I used to take Sertraline for my anxiety from 2018 and slowly tapered down in February this year. I've been getting anxiety again since June and had a terrible panic attack a week ago. The anxiety has been very severe since and hasn't subsided yet. I started Sertraline 25mg right after the panic attack and have been taking it this past week. However, my anxiety is still severe and nothing is helping. Mornings are especially difficult with a constant nervous pit in my stomach, laboured breathing and loss of appetite. What should I do to feel better?

Can I just go to a general physician for depression/anxiety? Can they help prescribe medicine? I just want to be functional enough to get things done. Psychiatrists/Psychologists cost more than my budget.

After struggling 14 - 15 years with the cocaine switched on Medicine from last 5 years but it's one of the same thing , I am taking treatment first indoor now out from MD of Phychiatry have own de addiction center here.. I take all these medicines cos if I don't take I can't eat , my hands are trimmed shakes , have the sleep illness can't sleep , I can't use other anything like whisky 🥃 or like.. cos my body reject it and through out , if there any alternate of these medicines please let me know ..any combination of salts which I get from the fharmacy.. please let me know.. I take all these medicines, 1 : Buprenorphine 2 + 50 mg 2:  Radizam 2 mg 3 : Clonxit 2 mg 4 : Quetepine 100 5 : Soza Sr 6 : Baclofhen 500 7 : Diplomax 500 Please if any alternate of these medicines then let me know , I am taking treatment from MD Phychiatry but now I don't want any of my life's time to doctors...
