Going thru lot of stress , mental stress, frustration , too much anger , feeling sick and frequent headaches

Hello Doc, I have been on anti anxiety medications since last one year and my weight has increased tremendously. Its 95 kgs now. I am unable to handle it.. and.. i want to lose weight. Is there any alternative available?? Why does these medicines cause so much of Weight gain?? I gained 7 kgs in a span of 3 months. Please advise. I am not happy inside out.

I am facing the above problems.i am taking medicine sertraline 100 mg since 3 years and olanzapine 5 mg from 8 months.but due to medicine sertraline I am facing gas,acidity and zero appetite.i took antacids,but no benifit gain.can you suggest me alternative of sertraline?I can't consult with my psychiatrist due to some reasons.please tell me alternative of sertraline.

I am taking sertraline tablets 200mg daily from 5 months but from 1 weeks I am not feeling well means I am feeling much more anxious before I was feeling good and confident but now my condition is becoming worse. What's the reason can u tell?
