Hello I was on medication for my depression from 5months its serta 25mg n modx 25mg. I tried reducing it by half bt thn now I am having sleep issues from 3days . How to reduce it pls suggest

I am addicted of heroin last 20 years then now switch on the medicine from A doctor MD of phychiatry last 5 years with medicine 1: Buprenorfhine 2+05 mg 2: Clonxit 2mg 3: Quatiapine 100 4: Soza sr 5: Baclofhen 500 I am tired of this kind of life.. if I leave this Medicine then I don't get hungry ,I can't sleep ,my hands are trimmed , This is costly medicine same like heroine, Is there any alternate medicine or combination of salt which I can easily take from medical store. I have a problem, i can't sleep peaceful whenever i want i have tried all the military formula n music and everything that is possible i somehow want peace in my mind can you help me

I am always overthinking about everything. This impedes me in changing my thoughts into action. Can you please help me how can I stop thinking about hypothetical situations which comes to my mind when I decide to start doing something? I worried that future is uncertain.

Over 6 months of Overthinking now I feel my body blood vessels become weak due to high cortisol level. Is it treatable? Sometimes I feel the beat of the vessels.

I took my Covishield 1st dose on Monday (5/7/2021) . I have been prescribed fluvoxamine 100mg tablets by my psychiatrist as I have OCD. I have not taken my medicines from Sunday (3days). Can I now again start taking my fluvoxamine tablets?

Iam getting sleep paralysis very often  and my head hurts all day  .iam on  anxit 0.25 but it isn't helping me my head hurts even more when I eat and I feel like puking.  I dont feel like doing anything I cant sleep, I cant eat. I dont understand  what's  happening   to me Please suggest me something .

1. Scared of loneliness. 2. Crying without any reason. 3. Feeling stress through out the day. 4. Feeling bored of everything like watching TV,web series, gaming, calling and others home making work ! 5. Sometimes having suicidal thoughts.

Dr has advised me to used nexito forte half tablet. Over the internet its mentioned that they do not facilitate sale of this product. I am worried if this salt has many side effects. If I simply meditate and do yoga and exercise, can I not get rid of anxiety. Is medication a necessity. I have seen enough side effects because of covid medicines which dr told were safe like steroid and fabiflu Need help.

I am using all those medical coz I am 20 years of drugs addicted..then swich on the buperonorfhin 2.5 mg , clonxit 2mg, quetepine 100 , Baclophen 500 ,soza-r. Now from last 5 years i am taking this .. Now I fed-up from all this , my life's 25 years the golden ones gone in this. Please tell me anyone there's any alternate of this medicine.
