Dear sir, i have taken 3 bottle of beer last night...n m hvng headache since morning...i m on nexito 5 tablet daily in night ...may i take nexito 5 today .?

She is traumatised with a lot of family dispute in her past and is unsure of consulting a psychiatrist of her mental condition such as anxiety, overthinking, stress eating

I m feeling sad all the time and i started doubting my partner and whatever she said seems to be false. I always think that the other person will try to harm me in anyway.

I have OCD I do same things twice what should I do to get rid of it. Anxiety is too much to handle nowadays
