Sir when I'm drinking black tea once daily my anxiety is increasing, I got covid 8 months back that too corad 1 what should I do?

I have been experiencing panic attacks since 4 months and now it's getting really out of my hands . Previously I was able to control it but now i always think about the next situation when another attack may come and sometimes that leads to one .I was taking the previous medications but I was feeling very sleepy and not able to do my work so I stopped.I tried doing the muscle relaxation techniques but it is not helping. Please suggest what I could do to reduce the panic attacks.

My dr prescrbd me pexep cr 25mg for anxiety disorder and libotryp ds for sleep. I have moderate bp. Is libotryp ds good for sleep as there new medication available these days? And wont it interfere with my bp?

I visited my doctor on yesterday. He gave me flunil २० mg and told me to start from this Sunday. And told to take every Sunday. But I have previous 5 medicine of escitalopram. So after finishing my previous medicine I can start new one. On coming Monday previous medicine will get over. So from Tuesday I can take flunil.

Hello I was good and healthy with my mind but since past 2 years I've gone through alot, did everything to not get into depression and anxiety again but I wasn't successful but this time I was able to handle it without any medication. seen alot in past 2 years but nowadays I'm not able to handle anxiety and depression sometimes I get panic also I feel shortness of breath. night are full of nightmares , I can't just take medication and sleep all day like I used to do before once until I got well , I'm the only bread earner of the family now and I just have to ignore my condition and have to keep working. Im worried that I don't get more unstable cuz I've to support my family I've talked to my few friends they all mbbs students and about to graduate this year they told me to consult a psychiatry as of I've all the symptoms of PTSD and I'm suffering with all this with 2 years and now I don't know what's going to help me.
