I have prescribed these medicines by different psychiatrists. Which is better in long term? Pexep or rexipra?

My sister was first diagonised with somatic disorder and doctor had prescribed flutop la 90mg, olzapine 2.5mg and diva od 500mg one each per day but even after being fine for almost 6 months she got panic attack once on 2021 jan and after that the divaa od 500mg was given twice a day for 15days. From 25th February till July 10 2021 she was again normal but suddenly she has her episode back . She is still on medication one each everyday,. What should we do now? My concern is the Fluoxetine delayed release tablet 90mg once a day is safe or not. Or we need to reduce the doses..

Even though am controlling my anxiety with meditation and breathing techniques some times am feeling helpless and anxious about future not staying grounded suggest any possible steps.

I'm feeling low and cannot deal with the past experiences. I'm constantly blaming everyone around me fir everything. I'm irritated, annoyed. Had a lot of breakdowns previously. Still have them. I need to focus on myself and good things around me. I don't know if this gonna help but I want to try something. I've tried many things before on my own including alcohol and smoking. Its not helping. I want to consult someone. Thanks:)

After struggling with heroine of 19-20 years from last 6 years I switched to the medicine..like 1. Buprenorphine 2.50 mg 2. Clonxit 2 mg 3. Radizam 2 mg 4. Quatiapine 100 mg 5. Baclofhen 500 mg 6. Diplomax 500 mg 7. Soza sr Now I am tired from this life , I just wanna know the alternate of this buperonorfhin medicine which is costly same as heroin .. some one here suggest to take Methadone ..what are you serious man ...it's a drug called Methh.. and not awailable in india.. I just switch drugs to medicine and now you say again I take some drugs.. Is there's no combination of salts which I can get in medicine shape from local medical store ... Like parvon spas , buta proxyvon ,lomotil , Please tell me if anyone knows the alternate of this , don't suggest me to take indoor treatment or consult any MD physics doc.. what I am doing from last 6 years from..? Hello my cousin passed away last month. She was young and involved in an abusive marriage. She was close to me. My problem is, I can't take my mind off her. She is constantly there in my mind. Whenever i close my eyes, even while going to sleep i see her face infront of my eyes. Thoughts keeps wondering, how she must be in the grave.. How she must be decomposing.. It hurts me to think of her in that condition.. How can I get rid of this stress. I feel sorry for her

My sis is suffering from OCD since 2016 in starting this was not problematic but from last year it's becoming very dangerous for her. She says that she always feels like her hands are not clean she feels like her hands are touching her private parts also she spends almost 2-3 hours in the washroom as she doesn't believe in herself and she washes everything all body parts all washroom accessories again and again due to this fear she usually went to the toilet once a day so she is scared of even drinking water this may lead to serious illness. She is not even able to sleep properly as she checks her hands again and again. She can't change her clothes on her own, from the last some months this condition is becoming worse and worse she also hesitates while sharing everything so we need a female psychiatrist for her as she is not able to sleep,  eat, study by all this life is becoming miserable for her we need your help please help us that will b your most kindness

Hello Sir/Madam, I am Praveen. I have been under medication for depression and anxiety from the past 6 years. I am doing good and I am feeling lot better. I feel like I can manage myself without medication.Also, I am worried about any side effects of consuming these psychiatry drugs for a longer period. I have been requesting my current psychiatrist to stop medication or atleast start the process of withdrawing from medication from the past 2 years. However, they are not considering my request to stop my medication. I feel like I should take second opinion.
