My 13 yrs old sister is getting jerks if she suddenly wake up from sleep. Can u suggest me what to do.

I am facing negative thoughts last 5 months. Overthing on negative thoughts everytime. Plz help me without medicine..

He feels  weakness and dizziness but suddenly he  feels very weak actually he can't move a little bit and his body become very cold and stiffens and he only blink. And after 1 and half hour he suddenly wakeup and asking me what happen? What happen to me? Why are you guys here? It's happening continuously once a day for three or four days.

My mom having problem of schizophrenia she was taking the medicine as arpizol but now she stopped taking and she is refusing to visit doctor and take medicine and in father is no more now and She said that she can't go for medicine for rest of life. Hence please suggest what shall do now.

Doctor has prescribed etizola tab to my mother but she is not ready to take it. Can we crush and give it in milk? Will there be any negative reaction of medicine if we use this way? I am working from home since pandemic stated I'm in night shift nowadays my working hours became more and sleeping hours became less I started getting some kind of vibration in head. Some time when I feel stressed I get pulsing feeling in left side of head or some time right side. Is this mental pressure or depression kindly suggest me a solution. I feel frustrated and feel like quitting job. I start work in the evening 5.30pm and work till next day 5.40 am.

Sir my mother is patient of diabities.About past two month she complaint that she could not sleeping well in night.She found very difficult to sleep at night.She also always say that she slept only 2 hours at night so she felt very bad mood after waking up in the morning like feeling lazy unable to cook food etc.So when I give her Clonazepam 0.25mg at night she sleep very well.Then in next morning after waking up she said I had very good sleep at night...and she feel very good in morning... So can I give him Clonazepam 0.25 mg eveynight to her for good sleep.
