I had 2 panic attacks within a month but second attack was accompanied by derealization, which is always a trigger for panic when I think about it. It is there from the time I had second panic attack. Currently I'm taking Prazonal tablets at night. Since I've been taking tables I'm getting rest from derealization in the morning but by the evening and night it start to come and more when I think about it which is accompanied by fatigue and rapid heartbeat. How long should it take to derealization to go away as it is hampering my daily activities. Views welcomed. Thanks.

We had consulted a psychiatrist He had diagnosed as karsakoff psychosis. Treatment is giving some control. No other co morbidies. Vitals stable. Should I continue sodium valproate? Olanzapine? Haloperidol Lorazepam

Can frequent panic attacks cause heart attack or cardiac arrest..............

My mother is facing anxiety and panic issues. She becomes restless sometimes and questions everything. She's aware whats she's thinking and becomes panic why she's doing this,why it's happening to me. She also knows in few seconds she thinks so much of thoughts and after sometime shes relaxes. Its shows on her body too. she keep sweating.Her hand gestures changes, standing poster changes, face expressions changes and keeps on asking us what to do several times. We explain her with love and clamly but she doesn't listen and carry on her questions. I try to explain her some remedies like taking deep, staying busy, walking but that doesn't help much. She doesn't come to firm decision. Our doctor told to start medicines for mental health but I am not sure about that. She has sugar and diabetes on border line. Please suggest.

Hello My husband is 36 yrs old. He has been struggling with rajnigandha & tobacco addiction for a long time. He left it a year back and started taking Nicotin gum. But during lockdown again became addicted to Rajnigandha. I am very worried about his well being. Kindly suggest how can he get rid of this deadly addiction. I have came across some advertisements of herbal tea like "TeaCurry" which claims to help in treating tobacco addiction. But I am not sure how safe they are. Kindly suggest. I m taking nexito forte at bed time and 1 etilaam pro 20 or clonazeplam 0.25 taking alternate day .. so it that ok if I m taking clonazepalm .25 with mexico forte .. coz nexito also have .5 clonazepalm ?

I have suffered narcissistic abuse in my office 4 years back, the narcissistic person stared at me and after that made me in his control and after that he didn't let me into my reality and than when we got along so well, I came to know about him I tried to avoid him he made used what I said to him to make me isolated and confuse me and than he blamed me for everything and and then threw me out of office and now also I have not able to come to my reality after so many years now I am also in truama and my psychological death has occoured and also fear death.
