I get lost in Thoughts like what happened yesterday, and what scenes i watched from the movie, what songs i watched online, those things keep repeating in my mind even many hours after that and when i am trying to study these cause inability to concentrate on studies. Even when i try with full concentration, i still get distracted by them and feel very frustrated. I also feel depressed not being able to concentrate. Any medications that can help.

I'm getting too much sleep disturbances now a days.. Waking up in the night many times and unable to go sleep again. What to do about it? I'm so scared and anxious about this.

Hi doctor, I am taking treatment of hypochondria since 1 month. I was medicine of paroxetine 25mg for one month and now I have to start 37.2. I stupidly read on internet that this medicine cause side effect like stool blood or black stool. I am really scared to start this medicine now ... Please guide

Hi, I have been prescribed Escitalopram 20mg and Clomipramine 50mg for OCD and GAD. After reaching 50 mg from 25mg of Clomipramine I am having auditory hallucinations( sound of music which is very low in volume) . Is it a usual side effect of the drug? Will it go away after reaching a stedy state in my body?

I got this in ecg, 7 months after using covid medications like hcq400and others. Cardiologist says this is anxiety and told me to read a book for 6 hours and exercise for 30 mins. Can this be treatable by medicines like clonazepam or escitalopram ?

My mom always cry and dont eat food for rest of the day whenever I told to take medicine for schizophrenia and she told that she is ok and cannot take medicine for rest of life, also whenever I talked about doctor and medicine then only she gets angry. Hello My dr prescribed D veniz50 and serlift50 But I have very heat feeling inside body.. I drink 2 ltr of water but still feeling very hot from inside... Is it bcoz of medicine???

I feel difficult in breathing and pain in chest. It's like heart attach, fear of death. When I surround with I feel good, I don't feel problem. But In alone I started thinking so much atomatic thoughts come in mind. I am taking medicine clonafit plus every week. Please help me why I feeling like this. Is I will be like this always. I always enjoy a life when I will be with all Family I don't feel anything normally I laugh joke.. But when I come to my other house I will be with my sisters. No one is there to all day I use not doing anything. So many thoughts come in my mind and at night feeling difficult in breathing. I have vertigo also feeling dizziness sometimes. In starting when I was very in severe condition I use to take daily clonafit plus. Now I feel okay so I take every week.

Dr I am very  guilty that I am just married and I had two teeth extracted ,I am not able to be happy with husband
