I have never been to a psychiatrist ever in my life because i would get too anxious even at the thought of it.I get a very bad sinking feeling in my chest and my heart starts to race whenever i am in a social situation.When im at my home i feel like im always on the edge,negative thoughts never leaves my head no matter how much i try to distract myself.Im always restless cant enjoy watching tv ,reading book nothing.Is it possible to consult a doctor via chat?..i do not want to have a call or video call.would it even work?

I am having anxiety issue since 2 months. Since 1 week I started having sensation in teeth. (Come and go) Then sensation in jaws sometimes.(come and go) Sometimes, inside my left nostril(inside after hairs end), there is some swelling type thing in my septum.There is sticky feeling in nose. (Kind of consistent, mostly there) Are these due to anxiety or ENT shall be visited?

I want to get rid of unwanted intrusive thoughts which comes occasionally on a daily basis. Please guide.

Hi, I am on vertin 8 mg and have been given anti anxiety medication. Is Clonotril safe to have with vertin? If yes, will it make you excessively drowsy?

After having methylphenidate for about 20-25 days of 30mg dose on the prescription of doctor my mind is not working.i cant feel any emotion like stress,tension,happiness,attraction.feel like there is no emotion generating in my mind.it is really hard for me talk someone or write.also I have left the medicine 4 month ago, but the effect of medicine is remain as it is,plz help me what can i do next.yes i had depression too  but doctor has given me venlor xr that also work my depression is ok.plz tell me what can i do to recover from this because i cant exprience anything .

After use of Heroin 14-15 now switch on medication from last 6 years from a MD Phychiatry and indoor treatment but now I am fed up. I take all the Medicine given below if there's any alternate of this ..or combination of salts then please help me let me know ..I will come to you. 1 : Buprenorphine 2+0.5 mg 2 : Divopil ER 500 mg 3 : clonxit 2 mg 4 : Quetapil 100 mg 5 : Soza ER @#.5 mg 6 : RPZ ( Aripiprazole ) 5mg 7 : Baclophen 20 mg Please these are equal costly the heroin ,if any alternate please help. I take stress for someone else who is very attached to me but I don't want it . Sometimes I over expectations but it failed. I want that I don't need to take anyone stress either friend relatives etc. I want to live my life with enjoyment and relaxed

I do feel sleepy but still can't sleep at night, even when I'm tired. What is my problem and how do I cure it ?

Hii I really dont know how to tell you about this but i am having issues with my family I literally hit anything or anyone by getting anger only i really dont know how to deal with it its not like i hate them all but everyone is having understanding problems no one even tries to understand My dad expired in 2018 after that my whole family just messed up i feel like its our responsibilty look after my dad but no one is even intrested in it i really dont know what are they thinking or doing or in theire future M getting really worried abt all this things at same time
