Should I prefer pyscologist or pyschatrist for anxiety? I am confused. Could you Please help me with this?

Respected Doctors I'm suffering from residual depression symptoms from 2 years. I'm on Nex20, Venla225. Have taken many meds in 5 years. The symptom that is left which is very difficult to live with is, when I try to study keeping in mind that it's for competative exam, my mind's normal capability to read, remember, think doesn't work after just 30 mints. If I push myself, first my upper body sweats then my focus completely goes away, as if I can't understand a thing that is written. I feel like after depression my mind can't be like before, when learning was fun. I want to know from all docs that if u have seen such a case in which the cognitive functions aren't working properly even after other symptoms have subsided then plz let me know. I can pay and do whatever for that coz otherwise I would die!

Dear Sir/mam,   I had been consuming 300-400ml Codeine phosphate & CPM with atleast 1mg of Xanax daily for past 5 years. i am sober now for 3 Days without any problem or complications.   I want to know which tests should i undergo to assess the the physical damage to my body.   Which organs are most affected, and which complications are waiting ahead such as liver, kidney, allergies (by antihistamines) etc. ? Clonazepam, citalopram drops I am using . I want to ask can I take direct to my mouth from the bottle or shall I need to mix with water and dilute it. Please answer.

I'm a working woman and mother of 2yr old baby.no one else is there to take care of my baby in home.me and my baby and my husband who completely works in night shifts. I always worry about my family&kid future.at present I'm working from home.im a good performer but nowadays not able to perform good at my work.so I kept resignation for my current job.because now a days I'm feeling soo  restless and my mind is thinking without my conscious about all past,present,future problems as well.now a days for simple things I'm irritating so much,if my baby cry I will get so much anger sound irritating me alot.even when I'm sitting at system and working also my mind is thinking and worrying about other things.i don't even get peaceful sleep in nights also.please kindly help me out

Hello Doctor, My sister who is 21years old shows symptoms of extreme anger attacks where she shouts , she becomes unconscious and lot of crying. She also has a lot of crying issues. She says she feels something in her head. Lot of overthinking and over sleeping is also a symptom. She also has a weak eye sight. Please if you can help.

I am taking prodep 60mg in morning daily. I feel hard to sleep and no good quality of sleep. I feel hyperactive also tired.

I am taking treatment for OCD and anxiety. I was feeling good. But since 2 3 days my overthinking has started again. And I feel anxious despite taking all the medicines. I have attached prescription of medicines I am taking.  What should I do now?

I was prescribed 20mg propanolol OD for exam anxiety , also asked to take 40 mg whenever having more anxiety so some days I'm okay with 20mg but sometimes 40mg is required, i have my exam in coming days, soo is it okay to take like this? or some withdrawal or other side effects can occur which could hamper my productivity? BP is maintained.
