Hello doctor, l have been into the habit of drinking and smoking for the past 20 years. 5 cigarettes a day. One heavy drink per week. Since 2010 both habits became worse and limit exceeded until 2018. For the past two years I am having them at a moderate level. Last week l decided to quit both the habits at the same time. Since 20/07/21, l didn't consume both of them. But l can't cope up with some physical and psychological problems. I am doing it without any medical assistance. Is it really good decision to withdraw both the habits all of a sudden and at the same time? Or should l quit them gradually one by one?

What are the causes of emotional numbness And what is the treatment of emotional numbness.?I simply want to know the treatment of emotional numbness

I suffered narcissistic abuse from my boss about 5 years ago, I left company in 2017 but i am in trauma and not able to come to my normal senses.

Is emotional numbness treatable becoz it is hsppening to me,i dont know how.also i thought it is happening bcoz of antidepressent,taken by me.now i simply want to know how emotional numbness cure.

Dr shabhir ahmad dar is there any medicine That helps me to get back my emotion. Becoz its been 4month of left the medicine. But still the condition same. Also I want to if someone is sufferring from mild depression should that person give high dose of medicine of 150mg venlor xr antidepressent.

What causes emotional numbness,because I had taken methylphenidate 30mg ,and venlor xr 150mg dose daily  antidepressent,.now couldnt connect with people emotionally neither I am thinking about anything to do also I felt like that because of methylphenidate it is happening to me  .how it can be treated.quickly

Is there any treatment available for emotional Numbness.because it really difficult for me to Understand or exprience around me.whenever I look at something i cant think about that in my mind i feel.there is no thought came into mind whenever anything wrong happening around me

Can i take haemoglobin medicine with escitalopram . An anti anxiety medicine. So i can take both medicine because my haemoglobin has decreased

Many types i posted query that after having a methylphendate for a month on 30mg dose.i cant feel any emotion like stress , tension ,happiness attraction toward anything.all doctor said here that there might be some other issues yes i had depression too but that was mild and doctor has given me venlor xr that worked too .it is actually happening to me plz help me.i want to get back my emotions,even i left the medicine for about 4 month but the effect of medicine is remain as it is.also whenever i look at something like I am watching any movie on TV that movie seems like good but i cant think about that movie and cant judge the movie what is good in it,what is bad in it.

Hi I thinking only for health care. Everything is ok, but after sometimes again thinking about health care. Currently, I m taking patanjali Medhavati. and dabur Saraswatarishta.
