Im getting too many dreams since 3 days. I'm sleepy these days maybe due to mild iron deficiency. The moment I sleep, I get dreams. The dreams are happy, realistic and interesting. I got about 5 dreams at night and 2 dreams in afternoon while sleeping. I didn't have any mental health issue so far but is too many dreams a problem?

Q 1 how will I forgot past bad memory which hurts me so much since March Q 2 I have pain in heart  ,chest  , back , side ,stomach , shoulders , neck and throat pain because of stress and worry about that incident Q3 I have seriously big problem with me I can't study or doing any work I can't sleep well because of the pain in my body My mind and ears are just shut always like constant Q 4 How I will treat with that in incident This is the incident in the relationship with my girlfriend

Is it advisable to take both homeopathic and allopathic medicine for anxiety disorder ? Will they interfere with each other ? Is there anything I should be concerned about

Hello Sir / Mam , I am addicted badly of the Heroine 14-15 years and from last 5 years switch to Medicine 💊💉 of de addiction from MD Phychiatry doctor, I take indoor treatment for a long time and I take these all Medicine 💊.. 1 : Buprenorphine 2 + 5 mg 2 : CLONXIT 2 mg 3 : QUETEPINE 100mg 4 : SOZA ER 5 : RPZ ARIPIPRAZOLE 6 : BACLOFHEN 500 mg 7 : DIPLOMAX 500 mg .. I am addicted all these medicines , it's same COSTLY like HEROIN , IF I don't take I have sleep illness , No Hungerness , My hands trimmed ,Shakes all Body , my Heart feel so weak and I afraid with the Little loud 🔊📢 voice . I am fed up from all this , is there's any alternate of these medicines , which I can get from the local fharmacy store , like parvon spas , proxyvon , peracetemol something like these stuff. Please if anyone knows then help me to get out of this kind of life..I lost my 20 years of my life but nomore.. I will pay the fee who will let me know from all about. I have sudden sweating and chest pain at night after eating I have anxiety problem taking medication for that but this chest pain and sweating Is related to heart or anxiety?

I am taking Veniz Xr 150 for past 8 months. I got severe Constipation . I also  followed eating Fiber food and consuming lot of water but it does not work for me I still get constipated & starting to get Obese??

Actually I am taking sertraline 200 mg from 5 months and  I didn't taken the tablets  from 2 days because my parents were not allowing to take the medication and now I am suffering from withdrawal symptoms, can I continue the medication ,The medication will work or not?
