I know I'm suffering from depression..but I can figure out how to get out of it.i feel like .I don't have that willpower .any sort of motivation is not helpful..it's like..no goal no reason to live..

Hello sir / ma'am I want to ask for my wife 29/F. From a long time (2-3 yrs) she has a habbit of moving and flexing her one ankle / feet in periodic motion during her deep sleep. This habbit is sometimes very annoying. Specially during the night. Is this a sign of any serious mental prob. Need your advice on the same.

My grandma recently expired due to covid 4 months ago. My mother could not see my grandma for final visit on her deathbed. She seriously got depressed at that time. But everything was fine after 2-3 weeks. My mother started behaving weirdly for 2 days. My mother watches spiritual videos for long time and good devotee to god. But, for 2 days she is saying she has hearing voices inside and voices are coming from God. She is telling that she is god. She is constatnly saying mantras in loop. Asking us to take photo of God , photo of her. We have never seen this kind of behaviours in her. We are pretty much worried. She always keeps telling us that she is perfectly alright. She is resisting to go to hospital for a mental health check. Please help us.

Hi It's been 5 months I lost my dad and I have become different person I get overprotective and get angry and always have anxiety that something will happen to mom so i couldn't sleep at nights. I am not able to give my interview properly I feel I need to be close to my family otherwise I will lost them all I try to distract my mind so I watch videos all day but I hate it. Is this normal? Is this just a phase or something is wrong with me.

I have taken medicine for psychosis for 3 years. Now, I'm taking medicine for schizophrenia. I can't remember things that I read. I have to read it for several times to remember. Am preparing for exams competitive exams. Is there any solution?
