Safety of clonazepam
Is clonazepam safe for my mother for one night use of 0.25 mg .My mother is 50 years old with high cholestrol , sleep apnea and bp problem and also for my father with diabetes , bp and cholestrol , sleep apnea and 63 years old , due to a stressfull event they need a calmness and good sleep for tonight ?

Clonazepam is a good medicine for short term but if used for longer periods can cause dependency and should not be used more than 3-4 weeks.
If she still has issues ask her to consult a Psychiatrist and start proper treatment for solving the issue permanently.
