Hi ystday was sleeping in afternoon I feel weird kind of noise hitting in head.. I woke up feeling extremely anxious and taken petril one... From then I'm anxious and feeling that sound hitting some moments in day... No odd noise or music playing near me then why I am feeling this way could you help in this.... Shuuu shuuuu kind of voice...

Is it ok to take 150mg of Fluvoxamine (fluvoxin) at one time (night) instead of dividing the dosage?

My mom has hurnea,ulcer. Earlier she had pain on skin,she suddenly gets goosebumps on skin and she can't wear clothes. We consulted doctor for skin pain and took pain killers. Which caused ulcer. Now she js under homeopathy treatment. As per doctor he says ulcer has cured but mom is thinking negative about health. Hi I m feedup by mother in law...I even dont have patience to tell ..so I m just telling example..today my mil and I both are not well ...so I told let's take rest we will order from outside...even we need holiday...then she started saying we are not working hard as male in the family...we lady our self think we are low then male ...this lead to argument...I just want a break from all this...I even have load of 2 kids .online classes etc...I m suffering a lot mentally...I belive both are equal...even if my husband take care ofkids  here its a mistake...I m really exhausted...if I say I want to go to moms place...there say husband and wife needs to stay at one place ...really some times I feel to die

Im getting too many dreams since 3 days. I'm sleepy these days maybe due to mild iron deficiency. The moment I sleep, I get dreams. The dreams are happy, realistic and interesting. I got about 5 dreams at night and 2 dreams in afternoon while sleeping. I didn't have any mental health issue so far but is too many dreams a problem?
