How to taper off Clonazepam .25mg after 20 days of usage ( daily 1 tablet) And how long does it take to completely get out of the body?

I had been prescribed serta50 for my anxiety. And then once I became fine. And started getting depressed again, I was on frext 50. I want to know if I can have both these tablets and together at the same time? If my anxiety and depression is back.

Which is better way to take Venice xr.150 mg single morning dose per day or 75mg morning- 75 nignt split  dose if it doesn't interfere sleep . But i have constipation associated with the use of this medicine. Currently iam taking 75 mg morning and 75 mg after lunch for panic disorder and general anxiety with a history of depression ?

Sertaline 50 or escitalopram 10 which is best medication for high anxiety .. like rapid heart beat,fear,headache, tremors etc ..

Dizziness which comes and goes. Lightheaded Ness can't bear sounds. righthand pain from shoulder to plam.weight of head.

Things that happen and what she perceives are opposite. If we try to care for her she thinks me , my mom and dad have a personal agenda. She thinks whatever is there in her head is correct and everyone else is lying. If i sit with her to talk she feels i am there to spy on her. If we serve her food she'll say it's bad and will cook herself but she won't have a proper meal, bread, Oats and milk. That's it. We are very worried about her. Is it a psychiatric problem?

For past 2 days in my wake up state, I hv issues like seeing colors grids flowers cartoon like things while sleeping.it wakes up and shows faces. Feeling energy flow in the spine. Pricking and pinning on the spine bone. Feels like someone trying to take or control me. No meditation, but nama japa practice is there. If I resist the same, i feel like brain collapsing, just going to be the  end.  I feel I have to obey to become normal. Mind say don't obey. Need urgent help.

I took sertraline for OCD as recommended by a psychiatrist. But I feel anxiety, nervousness, worry etc. And lethargy(due to which I am not able to concentrate on my preparation.) I told my doctor these problems due to sertraline. He said these will go in some days but still after 2 months these have not gone. My studies are getting affected very badly. Should I continue sertraline or not?? My doctor also told that sertraline does not cause these things. But internet says sertraline may do so. What is the truth??
