Please explain me my doctor always writes MDE on what it means... Although I witness little bit improvement in my condition but she still writes MDE on... Plz guide

I have been experiencing panic attacks since 4 months and now it's getting really out of my hands . Previously I was able to control it but now i always think about the next situation when another attack may come and sometimes that leads to one .I was taking the previous medications but I was feeling very sleepy and not able to do my work so I stopped.I tried doing the muscle relaxation techniques but it is not helping. Please suggest what I could do to reduce the panic attacks.

My dr prescrbd me pexep cr 25mg for anxiety disorder and libotryp ds for sleep. I have moderate bp. Is libotryp ds good for sleep as there new medication available these days? And wont it interfere with my bp?

What is long acting antidepressant. What does it mean. Give some information about it. Why there is need of tapering antidepressant

I visited my doctor on yesterday. He gave me flunil २० mg and told me to start from this Sunday. And told to take every Sunday. But I have previous 5 medicine of escitalopram. So after finishing my previous medicine I can start new one. On coming Monday previous medicine will get over. So from Tuesday I can take flunil.

Hello I was good and healthy with my mind but since past 2 years I've gone through alot, did everything to not get into depression and anxiety again but I wasn't successful but this time I was able to handle it without any medication. seen alot in past 2 years but nowadays I'm not able to handle anxiety and depression sometimes I get panic also I feel shortness of breath. night are full of nightmares , I can't just take medication and sleep all day like I used to do before once until I got well , I'm the only bread earner of the family now and I just have to ignore my condition and have to keep working. Im worried that I don't get more unstable cuz I've to support my family I've talked to my few friends they all mbbs students and about to graduate this year they told me to consult a psychiatry as of I've all the symptoms of PTSD and I'm suffering with all this with 2 years and now I don't know what's going to help me.

I am on depression treatment. It has been 8 months now. First 3 months I was 3 medicine. Slowly my doc reduce the dose. Then 3 and half months on escitalopram10 mg. Then 45 days escitalopram 5 mg. Now my doctor gave flunil 20 mg every week. Will there any withdrawl effect

Hello I work in night shift 7pm to 4am I sleep around 5am but I hardly sleep I tend to woke around 9am to 10 and I don't get sleep.after that how much ever I try, that causes me neck paid headache every other day due to lack of sleep, please help

Hello Doc, I have been suffering from anxiety since last one and half year now. I have had terrible anxiety and physical symptoms like choking , shortness of breath , rapid shallow breathing , lump in the throat feeling , etc. I consulted one of the best psychiatrists and i am going with his treatment since last one year. I have started feeling better since February this year. So , my question to him was can we taper off medicine as i am feeling ok now. Also , i have gained 7 kgs in the 3 months time span. My current weight is 95 kgs. He suggested - just because of this weight gain , he cannot taper off. He said - you need to be asymptomatic for a longer period of time otherwise the anxiety can come back or the symptoms can come back. So here , my question is - Till when will I be on anti depressants?? Lifetime? My medicines are as follows: Druthip 75 MG - One after dinner and Depsival Forte - One after dinner. please help suggest.
