Iam a 21M and iam just only joined a new company as a fresher by leaving ny home town.I always feels low and i fear of everything i don't have self confidence.I have depression and anxiety frequently...My daily life is ruining by these things.Need help

I am studying for upsc exam..sometimes I am so much worried about my exam that I am not able to sleep...feel tensed

Is taking covid vaccine safe if i'm taking nexito 5,can i continue with nexito 5 after taking covid vaccine

Treatment being conducted for anxiety issues @Rajasthan Hospital, Ahmedabad since Jan 2021. Diagnosed with TSH 28.44 Hypothyroidism in April 2021. I can't sleep more than 1 hrs straight and 2-4 hrs per night. I have severe headaches and chest pain. Headaches- From left eye to left side of amygdala including jaws. They only happen when stress, anxiety or anger creating situations. Chest pain- I have a TMT done in Jan 2021 which says heart function is normal. And, is being treated for anxiety currently. But I can't sleep at all more than 2-4 hrs and I stay angry and irritated all the time.

Does  40 mg  propanolol   sustained   release   taken for   exam   anxiety ,   cause  insomnia.  ? ?

Doctors pexep Or pexep CR which one is better. Or both have equal benefits. I have heard SRRI gives sweating. Can sweating be controlled also

I hve so much difficulty in study, according to me study become like a hell.I see black spots in front of my eyes when see something.When I see something, my eyeslid suddenly start movement makes my brain tough to do any task.Because of my brain,I do not have any control over my voluntary activities, anything happens any thing happen anytime.When I go to dance or music classes,I feel good,but when I do study or other activities ,it gets very difficult for me to do it,my eyelid movement makes my brain unable to do, causing very high laziness,focus loose that task.When I tell my mom and dad,they tell me that you are doing drama and you haven't wish to do study.What I do now?I am facing very high difficulty in studying.I am definitely sure that I am suffering from any disease.I like study but because of it I unable to do it.No one behaves with me goodly,everyone hates me because of such disease.I get fear from doctor.I think that if I go to doctor,I will forget my all study which must.
