My mind every time think negative, some month ago I was little bit problem because of my negativity the problem got bigger since then I am very depress And now my mental health is very weak I have been depressed for eight months                        . I want to get out of this..

First, Stop thinking: Yes, The first step is to not allow them into your mind. Because once we allow them One negative thought leads to another one like a chain reaction. Instead of pondering about that topic divert from it to another productive or non-productive thought. Be Calculative: Just ask yourself “What are the possibilities for it to happen?” 98% of thoughts are imaginary in nature, they never happen in reality. Then what is the point of calculating all odd possibilities? Be Practical: Be a practical guy, yaar. We plan our life in a most beautiful way but rarely does anybody match with it. Don’t be an idealist or try to be a super perfectionist. Accept your imperfections. Life is full of surprises and miracles (Dia soup). The beauty of life is “Experiencing unexpected events.” Know What to Think and What Not to: What it is to me “If a celebrity dies? or What happening in Afghanistan? or That Road accident?” Filter your thoughts. Keep yourself busy: Find work to do either Reading, Gardening, binging movies, Dance, Exercise, Meditation, etc. The more you are an ideal person, high the chances of getting rust. Take Professional help: “Is this lump malign in nature?” or “How can I solve this problem?” Be it from a Doc, Psychiatrist, Parents, Or any other experienced person. Read “How to stop worrying and start living” by Dale Carnegie. Or wait until it passes away: If you are not in the position to do anything about that situation. Wait until that passes away. Watch Money Heist or The Last Ship or Talk to your crush….. Surround yourself with positive people: A negative person infuses negative ideas into you. Kick them off. Try to fake yourself as a positive person, if needed. Don’t say “Oh, How bad, Why?” Negative thoughts take away a precious amount of your time and energy before you realize it. Over a period of time, it leads to anxiousness. You are not the only person who is facing a bad phase, there are many dealing worst situations in a better way. You are not the one. Whatever had happened has happened, You can’t change it. What has to happen is in your hands, try to change it in your way.
