I repeat words in my mind which I think are definition of good in life like successful, beautiful, correct and perform daily work using these, if I dont use them then something bad will happen to me. During school I used to say words while writing exam so that I could get good marks...even visualize people who I thought are intelligent or my classmates which score good.i never made friends or even touched people I didn't find intelligent or attractive (while growing up) I thought if I visualize them or use their names or touch them it will make me less intelligent or unattractive. And worst part it happened while unintentionally and making full possible efforts to say good words or visualizing good things yet I get stuck at bad words and bad images of people I dont like then either I got bad result or that I didn't look gud or I did not get the expected result.there are times when I get intuitions that something is going to be bad and it happens. i cannot perform my daily activities.

I am addicted of Heroin from 14-15 years and now switch to the medicine 💊 , I take long indoor treatment from a MD Phychiatry doctor , but now I am addicted of the medicine given to me that's buprenorphine, 1 : Buprenorphine 2 +.50 mg 2 : Clonxit 2 mg 3 : Radizam 2 mg 4 : Quetepine 100 mg 5 : Soza ER 100 mg 6 : RPZ Aripiprazole 5 mg 7 : DIPLOMAX 500 mg.. , this medicine is not ordinary and can't awailable normally it's just like drugs and same costly , if I take this all I sleep nicely ,I work all day ,but if I not take this medicine ★ then I have sleep illness ,my hands are trimmed ,my body shakes, my Hungerness gone.. what I do, I am FED UP FROM THIS LIFE ..I GiVE 20 YEARS TO THESE STUPID STUFF.. NOW WANNA CAME OUT, THERE IS ANY ALTERNATE OF THE MEDICINE WRITEN ABOVE ,ANY SALT COMBINATION THAT WE CAN TAKE FROM THE LOcAL FHARMECY,ANYTHING MAY BE SOME KIND OF NATURAL DRUG , CAN I SWITCHED TO AFEEM THATS NATURAL GROW FROM LAND. WHAT I DO , PLEASE ANYONE WHO help me to get out ?

I recently started taking escitaloprám for anxiety .it has been 10 day . I feel worse and sucidal. Don't feel any motivation. Sleep and hunger is also not there. Is it expected and how long should I expect this

I have been diagnosed with "OCD",doctor suggested me to use "flunil 20mg" 1) I got scheduled to take covid vaccine today,I had my lunch and intake my tablet,is it safe to take covid vaccine after having flunil?? 2) can I take flunil tablet on very same day after get vaccinated?? Hello doctor This problem is regarding my mother who has, been suffering from initially the difficulty in sleeping, depression, anxiety, mood swings, now it's bipolar disorder. She is under the medication of psychologist also but it's not getting quick recovery. We want her to get fine soon and recover from all the prblms. Please provide the solution to remove this prblm permanently or to cure it quickly. In these days she become very happy at a time always laughs and sometime she become so sad and started crying. She can't able to give the answers of the question asked by other and talk what is coming in her mind. She sometime behaves like a kid. Like at a point of time she became hyper and sometime in a lower stage like sad, cry etc. Doctor please help my mom come out of this issue.

I am having maxgalin 300 mg since 3 months with pexep 25mg. So if i cut down maxgalin to 150 mg and taper down to 75 and stop it, can i have brain zaps? Does pregabalin withdrawal could give brain zaps?

I have suffering from anxiety and insomnia so I have using ecitlopram 10mg and ciplar la 20 in morning by physicians for 2 month but my sleep is not as par si go to consult psychiatric (fortis jaipur) they prescribed me ambulax (1/2 morning and evening) ecitlopram 20 mg at night and olanzapine 2.5 mg (1/2 at night) I have chronic insomnia so ecitlopram at night good ??? Ya morning me lena chahiye ??
