My mother is waking up around 4 Am and behaving weirdly. Sometimes she is getting fits also. After 6.30 AM she becomes normal. Any idea what disease is this? And what type of doctors we should consult?

Hello doctor..is there any medicine that can help in reducing the Dulot 20 withdrawal symptoms.I am taking Dulot20 for last 3.5 years and now I'm planning to withdraw but as soon as I do that I feel intense brain zaps, headache etc .pls help.. Thanks

Sir my mom went to Psychiatrist and told that She is struggling while sleeping at night.So Psychiatrist prescribe mirtazapine 15 mg 1-0-1.But within 7 day of treatment she did not get any benefit.Still she is struggling at night and does not get good and proper 6 - 7 hours sleep...She is diabetic patients also.She complaint that at every night she only close her eyes but not getting sleep,someday she take 1-2 hours sleep... She is not in depression.She say only problem is not getting good sleep.and feeling sleepy at daytime but when she go to sleep and close her eye she struggling in sleey.Please can she add clonazepam .25 mg at night...Or is there other medicine... Please suggest medicine that costs around 400-500 per months due to financial condition

Currently iam taking 75 mg Venice xr with breakfast and 37.5 after dinner before bedtime . I have sleep problems and also constipation. On practo answers doctors recommend shifting it to after noon may help. My question is any problem if I take two capsule of 75 mg and 37.5 mg taken together after breakfast ?

In 2019 April was my last exposure , five times tested recently July 2022 p24 antigen test also tested all tests are negative But every time testing I am getting doubt that needle was contaminated and also getting doubt that all results are false I am helpless pls help me

I get lost in Thoughts like what happened yesterday, and what scenes i watched from the movie, what songs i watched online, those things keep repeating in my mind even many hours after that and when i am trying to study these cause inability to concentrate on studies. Even when i try with full concentration, i still get distracted by them and feel very frustrated. I also feel depressed not being able to concentrate. Any medications that can help.

Hi, I have been prescribed Escitalopram 20mg and Clomipramine 50mg for OCD and GAD. After reaching 50 mg from 25mg of Clomipramine I am having auditory hallucinations( sound of music which is very low in volume) . Is it a usual side effect of the drug? Will it go away after reaching a stedy state in my body?

I got this in ecg, 7 months after using covid medications like hcq400and others. Cardiologist says this is anxiety and told me to read a book for 6 hours and exercise for 30 mins. Can this be treatable by medicines like clonazepam or escitalopram ?
