I always feel tired when I wake up after sleep ( sleep duration -7-8 hours) . And in full duration of sleep I dream which I can remember next day. There is no night mares these are normal dreams but I think due to this I never wake up with fresh feeling even I feel very tired. What is it how it can be resolved

Hello Doctor, I just got my second dose of covishield vaccination and I was wondering if I can take my antidepressents and anxiety pills right after my vaccination. My psychiatrist also gave me Betacap and Quetiapine. I need to know if I can take these pills today. Thank you for your time and response.

I was having amazeo od 400, serta 150, ambulax tab, brintellix 5 mg , pacitane 2mg, tetrafol 7.5 mg from 30 days for less brain power, heavy head, headache, panic attacks, anxiety... i changed psychiatrist 4 days before ...she suddenly stopped amazeo od 400... and she prescribed me with mdd xr 100, inderal la 20, brintellix 10 mg, clonazepam 0.5, zolfresh 10 mg... so 1st day was ok , than on 2nd day i was having uncontrollable thoughts & some more anxiety, than 3rd day i experienced fear & a lot of anger with 2nd days symptoms too , now on 4th day my chest area containing heart & lungs are weak ... So i just wanted to ask , are these withdrawl symptoms?? or i should consult with my psychiatrist again??...

Serenace is made by rpg limited , they have changed its packaging and size recently .. earlier the 5mg tab was bigger and harder , now they have reduced its size so that one can swallow easily .. but after reducing size it breaks into two pieces when you try to take it out from strip . My question is that is it possible that by breaking haloperidol into two equal portions the  efficacy decreases , as my mother is not responding now .. it is not tolerence or any stressor thing as she is not taking for long , efficacy vs pieces any relationship ?

I have 6 months left for my marriage with this guy. But he has certain attitudes that i have felt. He misinterprets statements a lot, tells everything to his Mom, he fumbles sometimes. When i am talking about some issue he is looking somewhere else, when i say something he is silent and looking cold.. then answers sometimes later. On road or street he feels like he is numb and cannot decide what to do. Also he doesn't make eye contact suppose i am talking to him looking at him, he looks and responses looking at my ears. When he us angry he doesn't know what he is saying and loses control and doesn't let anyone else talk. Plus he is suspicious. And suppose i am talking and there is some sound suddenly he says who is there? Who is coming? etc... i have been with this guy for 7 months.. and these are the things i am finding out.. Please suggest me what to do now i am very much tensed.. These are some clear signs..
