In my left brain it feels exactly the same as the favourable pain felt in the gum (teeth)pain...plz help

I have been having pexep 25mg and maxgalin 150-300mg since 5 months. I gained 13kgs. But my dr disagress that pexep alone can cause that much weight gain. So i m wondering that ..can maxgalin also cause weight gain?

My both close ones are cheated me... and avoid me like I didn't exist .. didn't I make any mistakes  but I tried hard to connect and say sry but they dont respond..now after 1month of time.. he come and try to connect with me.i dont want to connect with them..bcoz they break me but why I didn't so strong to avoid them ... why always am emotional fool ...what to do..how to be a strong minded person...

Do affirmation and subliminals work for depression anxiety and postive thoughts. All negativity feel i have how to overcome. Lack of interest no focus at work . Feeling like not capable of doing anything. Pls advice

Got covid 8months back from took medicines like hcq400, also joined in hospital for treatment, was asymptomatic but was given full treatment, was aware of the heart got different symptoms like pounding. Now I'm getting thuds of the heart 24/7 when I lie down only. my cardiologist says it's anxiety and told me to Walk and read a book for 6 hours, but I'm lazy to read a book, will clonazepam or ssri help?? Can you guys help or will it go away on its own, most of the symptoms in the period of 8 months went away on their own. Attaching the latest ecg, I got thuds while taking ecg also.

Does consuming Paroxetine 25mg for 2 months causes withdrawal symptoms?? And could be overdose? Taking it for anxiety and depression.

I recently asked a question about this, these thuds are not causing any impairment in my life I'm able to exercise and play well, sleep well, but the only thing is I'm not able to forget my heart completely it is taking time for me to forget, cardiologist also told me to read a book for 6 hours. I got these 8 months back due to hcq400 medication for covid, I used to get skipped beats but now it's just thuds, so will I be needing any medication ?
