Open your blinds and curtains, let the sunshine in it really helps! Be with those you love! Love is a proven cure all! Along with laughter! Watch Comedy shows instead of dramas or horrors! Reba, I love Lucy, Moms Night Out, You Again, Studio C. All great things to give you a good laugh and raise your spirits! Find a hobby! Music affects your mood in so many ways if you listen to something sad it’ll make you sad. Surround yourself with positive people, the people you are around will indeed reflect on your mood and how you feel. Do something you love! Go somewhere that you treasure! Don’t listen to that spidery voice that is whispering discouraging and vile things to you! Eat things like citrus fruits and fresh things! It’s proven to help your mood! Get on a good schedule with sleep Talk to someone, whether it be God, your mom, Dad, sister, brother, counselor, etc. Never be afraid to ask for help Know that you are important and are special, you are here for a special purpose, you just have to find it!
