Depression
I have a history of depression since my childhood. I had taken treatment in the past. I had been manageable but now i feel off the edge. I just can't snap out of it. It seems impossible to be happy or be normal. I need help but feels like nobody can help me. What do i do?

Stop Interacting with toxic people: Stop communicating with the toxic people – who think you are doing all drama for their attention. Stop thinking Negative Thoughts: Stop thinking negative thoughts (I know it’s difficult) such as you’re worthless, no one cares about you & you’re a burden on everyone. Start Accepting Yourself: Stop criticizing & hating yourself. There is nothing wrong with you. Every healing is begin from acceptance. Care for a pet. While nothing can replace the human connection, pets can bring joy and companionship into your life. Caring for a pet can also get you outside of yourself and give you a sense of being needed — powerful antidotes to depression. Stop Explaining: Stop answering the question “Do you try to harm yourself?” – when asking without compassion.
