No sleep in the night
Hi, I don't get sleep often. If I sleep for 3 days well, the fourth day I may not get sleep. Also I have anxiety issues regarding sleep because of nightmares. I want to establish a good sleep routine.

It’s seems u may have anxiety with insomnia. Try medication like Melatonin

Yes it s anxiety underlying your sleep issue. Can practice sleep hygeine . It's easya nd safer alternative. But if you have anxiety issues then just sleep hygeine won't be able to help you. Shall need treatment of anxiety.
