Dementia, addiction, loss of self care
My mother is 78 years old now has decreased self care and decreased mental ability. She is also suffering from diabetes. And she is also addicted to sleeping pills and pain killers. Now she is also showing symptoms of dementia. She is also having psychiatric problem. Now a days she has become weak as well as increased urination.

She needs proper assesment for her diabetic control as well as psychiatric needs to be taken into consideration .Better to visit an institute with liaison facilities .
