Hello sir/mam, i am taking homeopathy medicine for peyronies diesease, i have some psychological disorders, feeling of guilt, depression,anxiety and lack of confidence issue may take allopathy medicine for this problem along with homeopathy medicine cause for are chronic diseases and it will take a time to solve it.

From few days I am  feeling irritated and nervous when I get up at morning due to which my ibs symptoms are getting back,I am really confused right now because with exercise,yoga and I was 90 % out of it but because of my anxiety I am not able to do anything.I was suggested some ssri's  by few ex ibs patients about which I want to discuss with a psychiatrist.

Can I take 1 mg of clonazepalm ones a day if I have severe anxity along with escitalopram 10 mg .. ..

Im getting high drowsiness after taking breakfast and dinner...without a nap after taking breakfast im not able to proceed..what to do.?in fact i eat less only

I have severe anxiety and feeling very much tension to small small things I feel like afraiding please sugest

I visited an MD physician today. After diagnosis, he said I'm having migrane with anxiety & mild depression. After that, he prescribed some medicine for migraine and for anxiety, fluoxetine 20 mg two times a day and escitalopram 10mg + clonazepam 0.5 mg at night for 10 days. Isn't it too much for me? Is it right dose?

From past long time feel heaviness in head not able to think and react to someone. Something feels very good no heaviness at all and full of interest to do anything with positive energy. Please suggest

I had constant negativity during relationship. I had preference regarding how my partner should be. This imagination is getting compared with her in terms of physical appearance that triggers desire of a romantic relationship. But since I broke up last feb 2021, i am still in that mindset to get back to her , by constantly struggling with thought process, pattern. But I know if I return back this preference will be compared with her. That will lead to again negativity . I want to be positive if I get back to her. Help me please.
