I ahve. Been using modafinil but its not working for me...can i use atomexetin instead ..or can i use both of them..to improve my focus

Do the SSRIs increase dopamine levels in the brain for people suffering from MDD I read an article on a reputed side on Google which says that dopamine and serotonin both are responsible for depression where as SSRIs only increase the serotonin levels in the brains so if dopamine levels are not increased then how how will depression be treated please clarify.

Feeling stressed because of work. Unable to focus. Became so lazy body as well as brain. Getting to much of anxiety fear of loosing job. Do this situation has medicine.
