Are there any medicine except Lithium which is good like Ciplar LA 20? Any better choice? Because I avoid lithium

Dr i am taking paroxitine cr 25 mg zapiz 1mg & netrozepam 5mg.i am suffering from dep anx from last 21 years ..before this i'll taken depran 20...since last 1 month when i take  depran my nose closed at night,and i take nesal drop at night daily,but when dr change my med from depran to paroxitine,my synes problm is gone,what are these side effect frm depran i cant understand,depran is good med for me,but due to this reason dr change my med,pls dr suggest me which is good med for me depran or paroxitine..thanking you Dr

Just want to confirm that are amitone 20 and Ciplar LA lithium medicines? Because I avoid such medicines

I m not able to understand things not able to do any work...i m taking antidepressants for long...bt still have no relief...dont want to live anymore...dont know what to do...lost interest in anything

I feel overly happy and hyper energetic most of the times.My confidence is always at peak while such events and I keep talking and talking then I feel bad for being narcissistic and selfish . I don't feel like sleeping and also I have a bad habit of lying about my personal matters but I was told I'm way too much realistic and it doesn't work this way. I'm very cruel with words when surrounded by people I don't like or if I'm with people who I like or love I'm too emotional. I hate my life anyways my heart rate is so fast while typing this and I want to die. I wonder how everyone is so dumb or is it me? I feel bad for people around me or who care about me and sometimes I feel like they are the luckiest to be around me lol.I'm laughing right now. I think I should kill myself or maybe just simply go to sleep.

My mother 55 years old , has schizophrenia for past 25 years ...She is not responding to any antipsychotic , i mean she responses initially but over time she stop responding. She has tried olanzapine , risperidon , amisulpride , haloperidol , clozapine (mixed and single doses with highest possible doses) ... currently she is taking amisulpride + clozapine + haloperidol (no response )... Which antipsychotic should be the next try with lesser side effects and higher efficacy ?

I have no interest in anything...i am bored of daily routine...not happy...feeling bad and inferior to others...very bad life going
