Am Recently married But Am Not happy...Bcos my mood is not good Am always In sad why What happen to me?

I constantly feels ups and downs in my moods sometimes I feels very energetic full of hope and ambition with happy mood and I am focused in my work. On the other hand sometimes I feel very depressed sad confused don't know what to do with life!! I become very lazy even i don't want to talk to anyone at that time. Is this normal? I have never seen someone like me who feel like this. Frequency of these swings are if I'm feeling good for 2 days I'll be sad for a week or more. I'm not able to understand is it triggered by external factors or is it something related to mental health. This thing also has been effecting my studies when I was in college now I'm working and its still continue to do so.

Hi, im suffering from health anxiety, thinking that something catastrophic will happen to me when i experience some physical symptoms. Is there a cure for this. It's getting worse day by day and i wanna get rid of it

Iam Working in Kerala but I don't know Malayalam I was doing fine till yesterday But in today I feel lonely all are talking I Malayalam they  talk each others in their language they are comfortable with their own language and does not consider me but I feel too bad to stand with them and mingle with them makes me weird I feel like a dumb afterwards why is this ?? What are the signs of postpartum depression? I have given birth recently and my failed breastfeeding experience has been quite stressful for my mental health. I have had episodes of crying, guilt, regret and extreme anxiety. I wonder if I need to seek professional help since the feeling is not subsiding. Some time dont use his common sense and easily attract with bad things and easily agree from outsiders. Never remember that what my parents taught me. What I do?
