For every small reason getting too much anxiety not able sleep in the night. Getting leg pain . Shaky legs and hands. Unknown fear . Suggest any medicine

No the problem is not about madness or something,it may be natural but I will be happy if there is a way out. My grandmother (age 80 years) is behaving sometimes wrongly. 1) She tells about some incident with false fact. That means she tells about incident occured a year ago ,but this didn't happen I think she cannot retain recent incidents(year span 10 to 20 years) 2)She always argued with some illogical facts. 3) She wants to eat what doctor tells not to eat.(Like sugar,oily foods) When we try to convince her, she become furious and start emotional blackmail. It always happen when it comes to some activities. This all started a year ago. What should I do to convince her the right things?

Does long term use of schizophrenia medicines cause gynecomastia? I'm now taking olanzapine. Which antipsychotic causes gynecomastia? How to deal with side effects of antipsychotics? Does it cause kidney damage?

In March 2021, I was prescribed Depran L (Escitalopram oxalate 5mg+ clonazepam 0.25) for my panic disorder by a colleague psychiatrist of my doctor uncle. I was doing great when on medicine. I took it for 2 months (1 month regularly & 1 month irregularly to tapper it). After 10 days of stopping the medicine, brain zaps, panic & low mood started. Since then I was on no medicine and anxiety increased day by day. Some days ago, consulted a doctor online & he prescribed Paroxetine 12.5 with clonazepam. My question is that if then, I was doing better with escitalopram, should I go for Paroxetine? As Paroxetine has more side effects than escitalopram. Or can I consult you for better advice?

I have mild fatty infiltration in liver grad 1 when I did ultrasound in last year June,2020. I am currently on antidepressant Can I countinue meds or I shud not ?

Hello doctor , I had issues of anxiety and depression last year and I used to feeling tightness in left and right side of my for head (feeling in head similar to when we travel to mountain ) I was prescribed etilaam0.25 mg twice and pexcep cr 12.5 and after few days it was fine but this year in April I got covid and had lot of stress as my whole family had covid and I was terrified and took lots of stress ...so I started the medicine again as I was having negative thoughts ...and it was fine Now when I miss the dose specifically night dose pexcep cr 12.5 I feel bit of dizzy in the afternoon and evening ... What is the reason ? Any advice Just to let you know since the last year March I have been in complete isolation and I have no work since I was in tourism field ...
