I feel my own heartbeat when I am lying down. It makes uncomfortable and uneasy feeling. When I lying down means , my mind goes towards heartbeat only. It creates fear also. I have this problem for past 8 months. I am unable to sleep also. It's going on in my mind also.please tell how to unaware of heartbeat and sleep better and back to normal life again.

I have been suffering from psychological issues since my teenage. When consulted with a psychiatrist a few years ago, he diagnosed me with dysthymia, Avoidant personality disorder and schizoid personality disorder. I undergone medication for few months while consulting with two different psychiatrists on different point of times but never felt any improvement and ultimately quit medication. I feel that APD bothers me more than anything. What should I do to improve my condition?

I am unable to sleep these days and my heart rate increases . I feel uneasy all the time . Sleep is never complete even after sleeping for hours .

I'm suffering from depression from last 5 years. After trying almost 10 meds, finally I'm taking the same med(Nexito 20). I'm taking it for 2 years and have same problem of body heating up severally and sweating. I have taken propranolol, thyroid test and what not. It happens mostly when I think of doing something in life but "when I start doing it like studying or using brains for some productive work, heat starts and my cognitive abilities" worsen with that. It's unbearable. If there is anyone who has seen tha symptom in depression patient. Plz tell me. I don't want to die.

Is it normal to have headache after taking tofisopam..im having severe frontal headache after taking tofisopam...should i continue or to stop..?

Hi, Am hardly sleeping for day from 1 to 7 pm. Crying without a reason and fighting with all and. Am thinking like my life is full of sorrows

Is it good combination to  take bupron and tofisopam ? Will ther be any harm taking tofisopam and buron xl 150?

Does taking Clonazepam 1mg, Indernal LA 20mg, Nexito 10mg reduce the efficacy of covaxin? Please someone advise

I have been taking Nexito 10mg for a month, Betacap 10mg for 10 days and now Indernal LA 20mg since 6 days and clonazepam since a week. My concern is I want to stop taking Indernal LA 20mg as I no longer gasping for air. Can I stop it immediately. Will there be any withdrawal symptoms. Please someone advise.

I'm suffering from depression from 5 years. I have taken around 15 meds in various combinations. I have lived in embarrassment for many years. I have been almost 80% alright from past 2 years but there is no improvement at all. No therapy work. rTMS charge 1.5 lakh which isn't even promoising. I'm 25 and feel like a burden coz unable to get a job. All my family members are doing good in life. I asked many docs, they told me that some people have to live with it. I searched for painless suicide. Didn't find anything. Plz suggest me something. Live is very overwhelming for me. Mental illness is a curse on humans. Help me.
