My doctor prescribed me sertaline 100mg. As a notice that I have been getting headache since 4 days Is it safe to take amitriptyline with sertaline 100mg? And how much should be the dose for amitriptyline?

I recently consulted my psychiatrist and he prescribed me sertaline 100 mg. I don't know like since a week I've been getting headache daily so I can't ask my psychiatrist because he is out of town now.so what should I take to stop the headache I don't know whether it's due to my anxiety as it looks like a normal headache to me that occurs every 4 hours... Prescribe me a med to treat my migrane

Hi, I am getting too much angry nowadays for every small things I ll get angry immediately and starts to scream . This is affecting my kid too much I feel I ll b very cool but suddenly I ll get angry and burst out. I seriously dono thr reason please do let me knw. My child is 3.6 years old. I want to over come from dis and b calm wit my kid please give some valuable suggestions.i am not into any medication. TIA

My psychiatrist gave me sertaline 100 mg to treat my anxiety but I've been getting constant headache daily and I am thinking of taking amitriptyline 10mg is it safe to take both at the same time or should I give some gap in between or else is it totally safe to take amitriptyline 10mg to treat migraine And how long should I take it to completely get rid of migrane?

I am a 25 year old. I was anxious child and I  have faced constant bullying from both classmates years and I would also get severe beatings from teachers for silly reasons. The trauma pushed me to the point where I got Mutism and I wouldn't talk to anyone outside my house. My own hardwork helped me get better after years and now I am social. After 12th I was diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety disorder. I was made to repeat for entrance without my interest. My parents then admitted me for medicine but I couldn't perform well as it wasn't my interest and ADHD made my journey difficult, so I failed first year. I wanted to follow what interests me, but my father didn't let me. I was made to sit at home for 3 years to make me change my mind. I joined the course I like last year but Covid made me stay home for another year.  My mind is disturbed, I get flashbacks of incidences, I get bad memories daily, I have triggers that bring back thoughts and memories etc. Do I have trauma related issue?

My head just started paining and I thought of taking a paracetamol 650 mg. As I feel no difference in my headache it's been the same.Ny psychiatrist prescribed me propanol 20 if I am facing sleep issues and I just wanted to know if I can take it for migraines also
