Meditation
My brother is 20 and in fear or thought of getting cancer or corona since he lost his friend recently in cancer and even family members in corona
He has recovered 70% initially he lost his appetite in which he reduced his weight from 56 to 51, now eating is proper but no increase in weight
We started making him do meditation but he says as soon as he closes eyes for meditation thoughts of cancer and corona comes and than he becomes quiet for some time
Should we continue to make him do meditation...will that improve him or stop making him do meditation

This has been seen in lot of people who faced corona.. And it comes under illness anxiety disorder which needs treatment. Meditation will not help much untill his mind is calm and can understand better
