Hi , I hope you are doing ok . What you are describing could be performance anxiety , or it could be that your previous anxiety , has increased and started effecting your practice as well . You need to learn coping mechanisms . You need to learn skills to deal with anxiety and prevent it from impacting your life . You need to start counseling sessions , Mindfulness based relaxation techniques , CBT will help , . If it's severe , you will need some anti anxiety medications . Hello, you must be aware it's a case of performance anxiety and happens commonly in situations like exams, competitions or interviews to many individuals. Like in your case, it sometimes becomes so severe that it takes the shape of an Anxiety disorder. Treatment of such anxiety disorder requires cognitive behavior therapy, relaxation exercises, healthy lifestyle and avoiding smoking, drinking and drugs. In Moderate to severe cases, a course of anti anxiety medication also helps. Please consult a psychiatrist for detailed assessment and treatment planning.
Next Steps
Start relaxation exercises and consult a psychiatrist
