First generation antipsychotics used for treatment of schizophrenia car can cause tardive dyskinesia in the long term. The treatment tardive dyskinesia involves either using small doses of first generation antipsychotics or switching to safer second-generation antipsychotics No antipsychotics ,do not lead to Alzheimer's dementia.
