I have  problem of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder/Spectrum that negative thoughts are repeatedly come into my mind & disturbs my daily life activities. These thoughts affected my heart & brain with fear, disturb my sleeping during night, upset my stomach, increase my heart beat, upset my mood, etc. How can I get rid of these negative thoughts completely from my mind & what is the best medication for this.

U doctors have no treatment...just say consult us...and spent money...what u have studied if u dont understand the problem of paitent...

Hello good evening  sir, I am regularly taking  NEXITO 10 mg( my regular medicine)  ,  now  i am suffering from cold and cough,   can i use cough syrup  ASCORIL D PLUS , is there any complications?

I took my medicine fluoxetine 20 mg 18 days before now the my medicine has stopped completely .I have cough so can I take cough syrup to get relief from my cough.is it ok to take cough syrup .even I took covid vaccine before 8 days.

I always keep murmuring quickly and keep on thinking and be afraid to talk out loud when someone is infront of me and things I think can be heard as someone's voice nearby

My mother is suffering from mental issue, she is not able to Remember the things and even she can not feel the setuation what's going on, Have admitted one hospital but there is no improvement in her health, I have CT-Scan and MRI report, please let me know if report is required and can help for better advise. Hello Sir Recently I have been diagnosed with OCD and I am on medication. I am having memory problems ( I am forgetting things that I have just learnt )and it's very important for me to remember things as I am a student. I have doubt that will I able to get my memory efficiency back, when I recover from it. Also suggest me that how long does it take to recover from OCD.

Docter I have nose blocked... Since one year I have feel tension stage fear and hospital weather also... I have asked stress causes sinus problem like nose blocked constantly... Nose blocked also stress ?
