How much time fluoxetine takes to work? Taking 20mg fluoxetine at morning. Is it cause anxiety at first? I'm taking it from 5 days & my anxiety has increased a little. Should I visit doctor for medicine change or should I wait?

Sir / Maam yesterday when I ride my bike going somewhere , suddenly one dog croos the road. I just think he may be came to my bike or may be bite my leg that's why I take my leg upper but the dog the didn't do anything cross my bike by backside. After that I always thinking he may be bite or scratch if I get untreated then I what I am doing may be am going to mad or death like this. I know he doesn't bite me or scratch me but the negative thinking comes my mind last night. If any small muscle pain happened in my leg I just he bite me or not think about taking injection,where the actual is nothing happened

Hi, I am facing some issues like anxiety, depression, overthinking. I don't know how to deal with it. There are so many thoughts going on in my mind everytime due to this feel lack of concentration. I have read many Q/A here. Many Psychiatrist says share with it friend/family. What if I don't feel comfortable with anyone. Anyone can please let me know how to deal with it.

It's been 4 days on fluoxetine OD and escitalopram HS as prescribed. But since yesterday, my anxiety has been increased. I'm getting frequent anxiety attacks and a little dizzy and heavy head. Should I go to doctor for medicine change or I should continue?

I feel dull always..i have loss of interest in my activites..and tierdness..i feel dull mostly not able to accomplish my work which im dragging very long for even a simple work im not able initiate an action at once...what to do.
