I have experienced 3 episodes of loose, watery stool post consumption of 25 mg of Sertraline ( Tablet Daxid ) Taken 2 hours after Dinner (Although Instruction was to take immediately after meal, unfortunately not followed ) Kindly let me know resolution of this Diarrhoea, Can I take Tablet Loperamide (Roko) ?

I'm working in IT industry for the past 14 yrs. Due to work pressure, I'm facing the stress and anxiety for the past one month. Due to this I'm unable to sleep at night. Once I go to bed I feel Stressful and Anxiety is there and I'm fearing a lot about tomorrow's schedule. Lot of back thoughts running so I'm unable to sleep. Due to lack of sleep I'm unable to concentrate on anything. Sometimes due to work pressure, I'm unable to be normal with my family members. I'm getting irritation if they come and simply talk to me. Without any reason I'm getting anxiety. If allocated to a task, till the task completed I'll be in much pressure. Even after completed the task also I'm not able to be happy. At nights it become complete sleepless nights. As I joined a new company, here I'm supposed to work in unknown technologies. So it's taking time to complete the tasks so they're putting more pressure on me. Considering my financial situation job is much important to me so I'm in fear of losing job.

Sir I have a mental issue of overthinking, because of this mental disease in my mind there are many negative thinkings and i am in deep trouble and frustration due to this disease, please tell me medicines to control this horrible disease thank you sir

Does depression and anxiety cause brain stroke. If it's not more than 1 year but in future. As I have seen people living with depression 5 years and above.

Dear Sir/Madam I just wanted to know from past 1 year when I am travelling in any vehicle and when the speed is increased whether its a car/train or two wheeler then there is a butterfly feeling which we get during roller coaster and in that just If I put pressure from my legs in the floor it can be controlled and that feeling just makes my body to just bend and heart also beats fast. Recently I was in train and this happened but I just diverted my mind and was able to control for the entire journey. Could you please diagnose the issue.

I was prescribed anzovan-ec (escitalopram 10+ clonazepam 0.5) for 14 days. After completion of 1 strip of 10 tabs. I went to pharmacist, he gave same composition but of different brand essita plus. Can I take it?

I hav Taken Sertraline 50,100 mg And Propranolol 20 mg for 4 months,After 4 months I have stopped medicine..The symptoms came back again..What can i do for permanent Cure???
