Is an attempt to suicide punishable ? Will the person be put behind the bars? If yes, then there's lot of people admitted in hospital for a suicide attempt so why aren't they charged?

Iam started paxidep 12.5 for two weeks and 25 mg for one week till today with prescription of psychiatrist for stress, anxiety and panic symptoms but I have no heart related issues or normal ecg pattern on multiple ecgs before taking paxidep . Currently after taking this paxidep some times a mild upper left chest pain that comes and go within 1- 2 minutes sometimes . Can I continue or stop the medicine ?

Hi I'm taking desvenlafaxine for the past 5 months and now my physcatrist have added fluoxetine weekly once with old medication Is it risky to mix these two drug ? Will it worsen my condition? And please someone clarify I read tat antidepressants cause sucidal thoughts is tat true ?
