Hello sir I am a student of class 12 Earlier I didn't have trouble with remembering things but from 9-10 months I am very forgetful. I forget names of people or things or the path through which I traveled or any concept I learnt etc. Now I can remember things only for short term like for few hours or so. But I can remember large events like what I did when I woke up in the morning or where I went etc. These things are bothering me so much. I have even met three psychiatrists and a counselor ( First time in my home town after about 1-2 months the problem started and second and third one in AIIMS Patna). Even after taking the medicine I have not noticed any improvement. I have tried many techniques to remember things I have also tried to forget about it but that too doesn't work. It is very difficult to convince my parents and relatives that I have such problem and still no one believes me.This makes me very stressed. I only want to get my memory power back. Please help me sir.

Sir I have been taking vitamin D for 2 months and I have taken vitamin b12 for a month as it was prescribed by one of the physicians I visited. I have also done cbc test it was also normal. Electrolysis test was also done that was also normal. But I have not taken the antidepressant (daxid 50) for 8 weeks. I had to quit taking antidepressant on the 15 th day in the pressure of my parents. I am not financially independent that I could buy the medicine again and take it. I like in a small town of Assam hence I can't go to AIIMS again. In between my uncle passed away along with this I have pressure of boards. Please advise me the best sir.

Iam getting laughs uncontrollably and it is very hard to stop. Sometimes other people ask why are laughing...what is this symptom called.

Whenever i go to a new place or see a lot of new people , i immediately get a panic attack and heartbeat rises. I get a feeling of restlessness and anxiety and immediately want to get out of that situation ! How to cure this as this is hindering some of my daily activities?

I am suffering with depression and anxiety since 2014 and I have IBS ( irritable bobble syndrome ) and I have gone through lung surgery for tuberculosis and write now I am suffering from depression and anxiety with loose motions , how can I control my loose motion I am suffering a lot due to loose motion ?

Psychiatrist prescribed me pari cr for panic and anxiety disorder . I just read  paroxetine safety information and noticed uncommon adverse reaction in clinical trials  especially i noticed the  cardiovascular adverse events   ie 1 in 1000 people mentioned according to paxil safety booklet . At what doses these clinical trials performed to check safety and how can I assure the safety before taking the medicine ?

I don't know if this is depression or not but some of the common problems I notice in myself: - Doesn't feel like doing anything - Mood swings- Example on day 1 I might feel good but another day it will be like end of life's road - Confused and not able to take any decision I know what can be tried to come out of it.. but unable to do so -Always unhappy. At times I might feel good with friends but not always -Loneliness -Constant feeling of failure All these factors has already put me in very low position, so be it in Family or Work or financial or self. I don't know if I need to consult psychiatrist or psychotherapist or psychologist. Please help

I am on medicine fluoxetine 60 mg since 2 months and olanzapine 5 mg since one year.now,i am facing stomach problem like no appetite,gas and sometime stomach pain.is it due to side effects of medicine? which medicine is responsible for stomach problem?

Sir What is the difference between bupron xl and bupron  sr ? If xl is no available can we take bupron sr ?

Can I drink alcohol with fluoxetine.what are adverse effects of this mixing . please suggest what to do .
