Dear sir, they will help, for anxiety related tremors. If the tremors is secondary to neurological issues it won't help

Hi , Mirtazapine is antidepressant/ anti anxiety medications and helps with if u have shakes or tremors related to anxiety but not neurological conditions such as familial tremors or Parkinson’s related tremors.
