I had psychosis took treatment risperidone 1 mg and uvox 25 mg everyday for 8 months. Now my symptoms improved can i discontinue treatment. Does psychosis recurr again if stop medication after 8 months? Age 30 female

How to know the difference between depression and sadness, I have symptoms like excess crying, bad food and sleep habits, sometimes I suddenly start panting without any reason I can feel my heartbeat, I am tired all the times even though I don't work, one day I feel like eating everything, and few times I starve for days, I can't sleep all night, I get angry on everything it feels like irritated. I tried to overcome all this thinking that I am lazy but when ever I try to do something I loose Intrest, I feel what's the point of doing this?for few days I feel natural, like I don't feel sad, and suddenly something hits me and I will start crying it goes for weeks, and then again it changes I don't feel sad for few days, it keeps on happening like Months infact year, lately when ever I cry it's too much to handle all I need at that point is to stop crying, it makes me feel so worthlessness at that moment I get angry, vulnerable. sometimes I feel stupid for my feelings, so I don't talk.

I had a headache so visited dr he prescribed amitone 10 half tablet for a month . As a antacid I took pan d . I was reading about tablet on internet found many side effects. Does tablet have so many side effects. An can I take it with pan d tablet. Does this tablet is habit forming. An can I drive and do my daily thing. As a side effects I saw it has side effects as blurred vision. Is it real. Because of which I am not taking tablet.

Hi doctor, I have been consuming alcohol heavy quantity from long time. Now that I am trying to stop, I am not getting proper sleep at night when I don't consume alcohol. Any solution?

Hi I am 46 years old, very fit, don't have any health complications, i get master health check up every six months and all the reports come absolutely normal. I walk 6kms everyday and i am fitness freak. My issue is whenever I read or hear any heart attack news who is younger than me, suddenly I feel like I might be victim of that in coming days. My heart beats rapidly and mostly this happens in the middle of the night..I try to calm down considering my fitness and reports which are normal. This feeling disturbs me atleast couple of days from the day i listen these type of news..kindly suggest any resolution which can be helpful and to come out of this disturbing situation.. Hi. I am unable to come out of anxiety. I keep getting scared due to which I get headache and bloating in stomach. This started during covid lockdown. It is almost going to be 2 years but still I am not able to come out of anxiety.

I am getting depression, anxiety,anger issues and easily irritable from 5days before the periods to till periods stops.mild dysmenorrhoea present,not much.I am pretty normal in remaining 20 days of month, but in those 10days I am literally crying and very vulnerable.l observed the same pattern in past 4cycles.all it started after my first child birth who is 2yrs old, suffering with same problem since then.should I consult a psychiatrist or gynecologist as there is no dysmenorrhoea?
